1. Product Description

The products available on our site come from authentic Moroccan craftsmanship. Each piece is unique and handmade, which may result in slight variations in color, size and finish. These characteristics are inherent to craftsmanship and are what make each creation beautiful.

2. Ordering Process

To place an order, select the desired products, add them to your cart and confirm your order. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of a payment or stock issue. In the event of cancellation, you will be fully refunded.

3. Prices and Availability

Prices are displayed exclusive of taxes. Beldi Sélection OÜ is a company registered in Estonia, within the European Union. Shipping costs are added at checkout.

4. Warranties

Due to the personalized and artisanal nature of our products, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for by European legislation does not apply, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (exception for goods made to the consumer's specifications). In the event of a damaged product or one that does not match the order, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will find a solution together.

5. Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the amount of the order in the event of a dispute.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site is the property of Beldi Sélection OÜ and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. As a company established within the European Union, Beldi Sélection OÜ complies with all European regulations applicable to consumers.
