1. Product Description

The products available on our website are sourced from authentic Moroccan craftsmanship. Each piece is handmade and unique, which may result in variations in color, size, and finish. These characteristics are inherent to artisanal products and should not be considered defects. Product photos and descriptions are provided to give an accurate representation, but we cannot guarantee that displayed colors will exactly match the actual items.

2. Ordering Process

To place an order, the Customer must select the desired products, add them to the cart, and confirm the order. A confirmation email will be sent, but it does not constitute final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as payment issues, stock availability, or suspected fraud. In case of cancellation, the Customer will be notified and any payment already made will be refunded.

3. Prices and Availability

Prices are displayed in the Customer’s local currency. As a sole proprietorship, we do not charge VAT. Shipping fees will be added at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order. Product availability is indicated on the site but may change without notice. In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, we will contact the Customer to propose a replacement or a refund.

4. Warranties

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, they do not come with traditional conformity guarantees. Variations between products are normal. However, if an item arrives damaged or does not match the order, the Customer must contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will do our best to find a solution, such as an exchange or refund.

5. Liability

We cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site, including errors or interruptions. In the event of a dispute, our liability will be limited to the amount of the order.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including texts, images, and logos, is the property of Beldi Sélection or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the site. Customers are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction after attempts at amicable resolution.
