Personalization
How do I personalize my order?
In the personalization field, tell me what you'd like written and the number of the color you've chosen from the chart shown on each product page. I'll then send you at least 3 typography options for approval. I reply within 24 hours. For special requests like a logo, a graphic file or a custom font, I can adapt to (almost) anything. Don't hesitate, there's no such thing as a bad question!
Which colors are available?
We have a chart of 46 colors, valid for both lettering and pompoms. You'll find it directly on each product page. And if there's a color close to your heart that you can't find, tell me about it, I'll do my best.
Can I choose my own font?
Absolutely. I always send at least 3 options suited to your personalization. But if you already have a font in mind, send it to me, I can reproduce it. I love it when each piece is truly yours.
Can I see a preview before production?
I send you the typography options for approval before starting. However, I don't create a full mockup. Once the lettering and color are chosen, my expert eye takes over. Years of embroidery and a slightly obsessive eye for detail... you can trust me.
Shipping
How long until I receive my order?
Your order is prepared within 24 to 48 hours depending on the personalization. I work fast, but never at the expense of attention to detail. For shipping, allow 5 to 10 business days depending on your country. Everything leaves my workshop in Marrakech with a tracking number. Morocco ships very well internationally, the routes are well established all over the world!
Do you deliver to my country?
I ship everywhere in the world. Truly everywhere. It's one of the great joys of this work, seeing my creations travel to every corner of the planet.
Is shipping included?
Shipping is included for Europe. For other destinations, it's calculated at checkout. If in doubt, feel free to contact me before ordering.
Craftsmanship
Are your products really handmade?
Yes, 100%, and I say that without the slightest hesitation. Everything is natural, eco-friendly, handmade according to ancestral know-how. Nothing is glued. Everything is sewn, stitch by stitch, by expert and passionate hands. That's what gives each piece a soul.
Are the sizes exact?
A variation of a few centimeters (up to 5 cm) is possible. That's precisely what makes handcrafted pieces so charming. Each one is unique, no two are identical. And that's exactly what we love.
Orders
How do I place my order?
Choose your variants and options directly on the product page, then fill in your wishes in the personalization field. It's that simple. And if you have the slightest doubt, I'm here. One message and I'll reply.
Can I change my order after confirming it?
Production starts very quickly after confirmation, that's what allows us to deliver fast. For this reason, changes are unfortunately no longer possible once the order is confirmed. If in doubt, contact me before ordering, it's always better!
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
It's rare, but it can happen, and in that case I'm here for you. Photograph the packaging immediately upon arrival, as well as the damaged item. These photos are essential to open a claim with the carrier and find a solution quickly. Don't wait, contact me as soon as you receive it.
Do you accept business orders?
Absolutely, and with great pleasure! For professionals, anything is possible. Pieces in your image, embroidered logo, made-to-measure collections, a whole line created around your identity. It's actually one of my favorite things to do: creating something unique for a brand, a hotel, a restaurant...
