1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Beldi Sélection OÜ, a private company registered in Estonia under number 17409710, VAT number EE102951329, with its registered office at Lõõtsa tn 5, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia, and any person making a purchase on www.beldiselection.com.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Beldi Sélection OÜ reserves the right to modify them at any time.

3. Products

The products offered are handmade Moroccan artisanal creations. Due to their artisanal nature, slight variations are possible and are part of their authenticity.

4. Prices

Prices are shown exclusive of taxes. Shipping costs are added at checkout.

5. Orders

Confirmation of the order by the customer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered on the site.

7. Shipping

Products are shipped from Marrakech, Morocco. Delivery times indicated on the site are provided for guidance only.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products made to the customer's specifications.

9. Returns and Refunds

No returns are accepted except in case of an error on our part or a damaged product. Contact us within 14 days of receipt.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Estonian law. As a company established within the European Union, Beldi Sélection OÜ complies with all European regulations applicable to consumers.
