Refund policy

Every Beldi Sélection piece is handmade in our workshop in Marrakech, and most are personalized just for you. Here is what applies to your order.

1. Personalized pieces

A personalized piece (a name, text, colors or details chosen by you) is made especially for you. In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, it cannot be returned or exchanged under the right of withdrawal. Please check the spelling and your choices carefully before placing your order.

2. Non-personalized pieces

For a non-personalized piece, you have 14 days after receiving it to withdraw from your purchase, without having to give a reason.

• Write to us at beldiselection@gmail.com to let us know your decision.
• Send the item back to our workshop in Marrakech (Morocco) within 14 days of your message, in its original condition and carefully packed.
• Return shipping costs, and any customs fees related to the return, are your responsibility.
• We refund the price of the item and the original shipping costs (standard rate) within 14 days of your request. We may wait until we have received the item before issuing the refund.

3. Damaged or defective piece, or a mistake on our part

If your parcel arrives damaged, if a piece has a manufacturing defect, or if we made a mistake (personalization different from your order, wrong item), contact us with photos. We will offer a repair, a replacement or a refund, at our expense.

For a parcel damaged in transit, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery: after that, the carrier no longer accepts claims. This time limit does not reduce your rights under the statutory guarantee of conformity.

4. Handmade

Our pieces are woven, crocheted and sewn by hand from natural materials. Slight differences in shade, weave or dimensions compared with the photos are part of their handmade character and are not defects. Like all natural materials, they age with time: normal wear is not a defect.
